Zune [ New Generation 4GB ] or Ipod [ 1st Gen Nano 4GB ]
Recently, I was offered the opportunity to "trade" with one of my friends. The trade was :
A 1st Generation Ipod Nano [ 4 Gigabytes ] & 50$ - For - A 4 Gigabyte Zune
There are the general features on a Zune that I like:- DRM Free Mp3s
- MUCH better interface (doesn't force my eyeballs into seizing.. )
- Video Playback
- Radio
- Clinet Looks/Funtions better than Itunes..
The only thing I could see that I may not like is the fact that it can't play protect Windows music files. Also the fact that there is less popularity in the Zune. So some podcast that I like may not be there. He originally wanted to sell it for $100, but I offered to trade my Ipod, which happens to have Ipod Linux ( IDoom Ftw... ) ...
However, There is a Drawback: The back button doesn't work.
If I did decide to trade for the Zune, I'd have to go through Microsoft, and figure out how to get it repaired and whatnot. Has anyone had any experience in this?
Anyways, I was wondering what everyone else thought?
P.S. Anyone know if you can throw games on a Zune?
